Raven Duclos can attempt to reach the spirits that you want to reach and to target them to bring them in if needed. There are times that this doesn't happen and others come through instead or no one comes through. She will do all in her power to connect with those you want to connect with or find out why thats not possible. There is never a garauntee that they will show up.
Raven Duclos reserves the right to stop any session or service from continuing if she feels it is in her or the clients best interest.

Once a reading has begun, refunds are at the discretion of Raven Duclos. There is a payment of half the cost of a session or service when appointments are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Missed appointments are subject to half the payment of the session or service. You will not be able to book another appointment with Raven until your fee is paid. If you cancel prior to 24 hours of your appointment time there is no fee. If Raven cancels your session or service because it is in the best interest of Raven or the client, a full refund will be given.
Your privacy is extremely important to us.That is why the only information we will use is your name, which is used to track your readings or on a database. Your email, to send payment requests or for notifications, and for billing through Paypal or Venmo. Other than that yuour information is not shared. You decide if thats how you'd like to pay. We do not see your card information at any time.
